To all new home owners,

For your convenience, we are now offering new construction home PDI’s (3 month and 1 year) on the home owners behalf. We have years of experience correcting the mistakes of builders that could have been prevented from the beginning. We are here to assist new construction home owners with saving money in the long run by detecting any of the builder’s errors.

We will come to your home, inspect all of the builder’s errors, while completing your Tarion home inspection, whether it be your 3 month, 1 year or both.

Basic Interior and brief exterior starting from: $100.00 per inspection
Full interior (attic included) and full exterior (roof included): starting from $175.00 per inspection
