“ We had Daniel paint our entire main floor as well as the upstairs,excluding bedrooms. All walls, ceilings, baseboards, trims, stair risers, etc. He also replaced our two dingy builder globe lights in our kitchen with twelve beautiful LED pot lights. What a difference!!! He did a back splash in the kitchen to top it off. Daniel is a great guy, does great work, and is very professional. Even though we didn't put a deadline in our agreement, he knew we had a function planned at our house so he worked Good Friday, Saturday, and Easter Sunday as well as late evenings during the week to get the house finished. Our family room ceiling is 17 ft high and Danial offered to replace the light bulbs and even took a cloth and dusted our light fixture. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. Daniel helped us pick our paint colour, back splash tiles, etc. And has a great eye for what worked with out furniture and schemes. “ Got referred to Daniel from a very close friend since we decided to renovate and not buy a new home. We first wanted to renovate the whole house but the price was way more than we thought. We decided not to proceed with the basement but felt the price was still high. We were told about two and a half months for full completion of the renovation but the work was done in 2 months. After seeing the amount of work that had to be done, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, bathrooms, tiles, hardwood floors, laundry room and kitchen we felt the price was fair. The most important thing was the contractor and sub-contractors, absolute professionals and skilled in their respective fields. “ I Can't say enough about how hard Daniel works. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BABYSIT this guy. We've all heard horror stories about contractors taking a job and then you can never get them back to finish. Daniel only works on one job at a time and works every day until its complete. Shows up early and works late. We even found him working on new years day and boxing day. He truly enjoys what he does. We had Daniel do two jobs for us. He refinished our basement laundry room in one house. He did a great job of guiding us through the process and explaining why certain things needed to be done in a certain way. We also had him redo the ceilings on our new home and install 90 pot lights. It's a 3100 square foot house with tall ceilings. Daniel had no trouble with this. All the pot lights are centred and evenly spaced. He also painted the entire house which also turned out great! Both jobs came in right on budget and he even finished early. I will certainly be hiring Daniel again in the future as jobs come up. I couldn't recommend him enough!!”

“ When I was looking for a contractor to finish a basement renovation at my daughter's home, we met with a few contractors but Daniel impressed us and fortunately for us he had just done a project down the street that we were able to see. Needless to say we were blown away with his attention to detail and craftsmanship he impressed us enough that we hired him for our renovation. It's sad that contractors have horror stories attached to the name but let me assure you Daniel is definitely not one of those guys. When he started our renovation he was on hand everyday to explain the process and answer any questions and offer his comments or suggestions on making something better or explain why it would not work (as we thought it might) and usually he was right. The project went very smoothly with timelines met and different trades were able to start on time as Daniel made sure supplies were readily available so the next trade could start their job as he promised. Daniel only takes on one job at a time so he can be available 24/7 and fully committed; he arrived early and stayed late to make sure everything was running smoothly. The basement renovation was completed early and we couldn't be happier with our choice to hire Daniel, we were so pleased with Daniels committment and workmanship that we decided to have him do work to our own home which again we are very pleased. “ We have to start off with a big THANK YOU to Daniel and his team for the unbelievably stunning transformation of our home. His work van sports the phrase “Turning your Imagination into Reality” and he certainly did deliver. First off, we were initially impressed with Daniel right at our first meeting. He was courteous and polite and we could tell by his examination of our home that he was very knowledgeable and would be the type of person that would be detail oriented. We basically redid the total upper floor of our home which included new flooring throughout, scraping of popcorn ceilings, demolishing a half wall in our kitchen/dining area to open it up, new wall in living room, complete new kitchen with the most stunning quartz island and backsplash, a new Master en-suite that saw the old soaker tub removed and the addition of a beautiful shower enclosed with glass. He also redid the main floor bathroom, rebuilt our front entry staircase, painted both upstairs and downstairs and installed LOTS of pot lights that showcase our home beautifully. Daniel worked tirelessly to ensure that all of our needs were addressed and went over and above expectations working weekends and long into the evening. He is meticulous in his work and also ensures that the tradesmen he hires meet his high expectations. He was very patient and helpful in addressing any of our questions and concerns, as a renovation of this scale was new to us and does not come without some anxious moments when making design decisions. We had to be away for 2 of the weeks he was at our home and he was conscientious in keeping us updated of his progress via texts and pictures. When we were home we lived in the basement and were impressed with how clean everything was left each night. We have already recommended Daniel, and will continue to do so, as he has done a fabulous job for us. You often hear horror stories of home renovations and contractors that make promises and then they fail to deliver.
